My dear William
I wrote you a few lines, with some plants from Malvern hills & sent them off from Cheltenham: at Bristol Holwells your sister collected some calcareous spars, and I took a view of the rocks & the river Avon from a point which I believe had not been drawn before. These were sent off from Bath, directed to you.

The whole party extends their regards to you.
Octavos, Two Volumes. In Good plus condition. Rebound in modern tan leather with red spine labels bearing gilt lettering. Text blocks uneven. Some foxing and evidence of liquid damage to both volumes. Ex-library with usual markings, including institutional stamps to several pages and call number written in ink. Marbled paper paste downs. Folding plates present and intact.
