Dated October 24, 1993, he offers this book as a token of appreciation and spends most of the letter writing about the history of the book.

Quarto, vii, 87 pages. In Very Good minus condition. Bound in later paper boards, with paper label to spine. Boards show some splitting to front hinge, and slight bowing to boards. Text block has some consistent ink smudging and staining throughout, but plates are clean. Ink marginalia occur on one plate and on one blank leaf. Includes twelve aquatint plates as issued, eleven of which are hand-colored. Two additional color plates trimmed and pasted on to blank leaves. SK Consignment. Shelved in Case 3.
