Octavo, lv, 288 pages. In Good condition. Bound in contemporary leather with gilt titling. Boards show wear and chipping to spine edges, some small scratches, one large divot to upper edge of front cover, and a shallowly embossed name on back cover: "Dr. Snyder". Text block has some small areas of discoloration to edges, and mild age toning and foxing to pages throughout interiorly. Two plates and one folding plate present and intact, but with similar foxing. Translation of Pinel's 1801Traité médico-philosophique sur l'aliénation mentale. MF consignment.
