A diverse collection of books, broadsides, and other ephemera of the French Revolution including The French Monarchy and the Ancient Regime, Ideological Roots of Revolution, and The Transition to Republicanism and Collapse of the Monarchy. This collection also features a true first edition of Diderot’s Encyclopédie, complete in twenty-eight volumes, and early editions of Rights of Man by Thomas Paine.
