Boards have moderate edge wear and shelf wear, sunning to spine, heavy rubbing to corners exposing boards, black stains on spine, and wear to joints. Text block has light age toning, moderate foxing to some pages, and previous owner's name on title page. Errata listed after list of plates on xvi.
